The Indian Head Massage has a whole variety of health and well-being benefits. It helps relieve muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and scalp. Sooths headaches, sinusitis, eyestrain and helps to promote hair growth.

It also helps allow blood and lymph flow to the upper body, promotes relaxation, better sleep, sharper thinking and harmonizes your Chakras!

The massage is given whilst fully clothed, although access to your shoulders should be given if you wish to receive the full massage sequence. It is performed on the upper back where tension often settles, the shoulders, neck, arms, scalp and face.

Indian Head massage begins with a deep kneading and probing of the neck and shoulder muscles, similar to Osteopathy but with no crunching or cracking of joints.

The head is then worked with the scalp being squeezed, rubbed, gently tapped and prodded. The hair is briskly tussled and gently combed, leaving you oozing with relaxation and wobbly knees!!

This experience will last 60 minutes
