A Light Lunch

Choose from a selection of freshly made, healthy sandwiches from the restaurant.
Full use of the spa, gym and all facilities including:
- Finnish style sauna
- Crystal steam room with light therapy
- Whirl pool
- 12m swimming pool
- Relaxation area
Gym area including:
- Resistance training and cardio studio

You may also choose from ONE of the following luxury treatments:  

Comfort Zone Touch Full Body Massage: Using specially selected oils to tailor make the treatment to suit your needs, designed to relax and re-balance energy levels while alleviating muscular tension and stress (one hour)

Glorious Skin, Skin Resonance or Absolute Pearl Facial: Comfort Zone facials tackle different problem ares and these three facials are perfect for nourishment, anti-pigmentation, anti-ageing, firming, rebalancing and relaxing All three facials include a lip blooming treatment to nourish hydrate and plump the lip area (one hour)

Monticelli Mud Treatment: Enriched with Monticelli thermal mud taken from the mineral rich riverbanks of Monticelli, Italy. Detoxifying and draining action due the the active ingredients in the thermal mud, this treatment has healing and restorative benefits (one hour)  Relax in our haven for up to five hours.
