How ambitious and motivated are you?

Touch One Advertising and www.ineedpampering.com are currently on the look out for sharp, on the ball individuals to join our team. We have branches in Manchester, Newcastle and London. All branches are currently interviewing. We are looking to continue our expansion by opening 2 new offices in the UK in the next year.

The role

In order to help us do this, we are looking to recruit up to ten bright and enthusiastic individuals to be trained in sales, marketing and campaign co-ordination. We also run a Business Development Programme for the more ambitious applicants who are looking for management opportunities and the chance to climb the ladder within the industry.

You don't need to have any experience in this field as we offer a structured and comprehensive training programme. However, you do need to be a self motivated and goal oriented person with excellent communication skills and preferably some leadership experience. We are looking for hard working and money motivated people who are good team players and will make a real contribution to our fun and lively atmosphere. You need to be a problem solver and someone who enjoys taking on responsibility. Immediate start would be an advantage.

Successful candidates must have the following:

1. A strong motivation to make excellent money!! Some people are happy to earn only £200-£300 a week but we want people who truly would like to get ahead. The amount of fun that you are going to have in life is unfortunately closely linked to the amount of money you have to spend!
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Must enjoy working with people both as part of a team and dealing with the general public.
4. Good presentation is of course very important.
5. Must have a "feel the fear and do it anyway" mentality.

There are brilliant fast track management opportunities. We are not looking for anyone with experience, but more importantly applicants must have a great sense of humour, love music, and love to have fun.

Graduates more than welcome. Ambition and drive essential.
