Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Department by calling 0845 190 1895.
As Ineedpampering.com always makes a great effort to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order being despatched in time. In this instance please return the order when received, with a covering letter requesting a refund.
Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full excluding postage and packing.
Orders taken over the telephone with customer sevices representative cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, You may return them unused (and not booked) within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase and we refund the purchase price or alternatively exchange the gift certificate for another of the same value. A 20% or £20 administration charge will be incurred.
If the experience has been booked no refund will be granted.

Please note that return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be your responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
