Whether it's a heavy exercise schedule or too many hours spent sitting at your desk, when you push yourself to the limit, your body can easily feel stiff, tight and painful. This deeply restorative treatment involves Swedish and cross-muscle fibre massage techniques to soothe sore joints and tackle the sites of pain. Your therapist will also select essential oils for the maximum impact - such as black pepper, rosemary and ginger to disperse built-up lactic acid or lavender to act as a natural anti-inflammatory.

Rasul Thermal Mud Treatment Together
This is a treatment designed for two: first exfoliate with our salt scrub before covering each other in mud - or more accurately, rare mineral-enriched detoxifying clays. Then relax in the Rasul chamber whilst it fills with steam to infuse with your muddy body and drift off to seventh heaven. You are brought back to earth with a monsoon rain shower which awakens your senses and cleanses you from head to toe.
