While we have tried to provide accurate and timely information, there may be technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors, for which we apologise and we accept no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions on our website to the extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time, without notice.
The Ineedpampering.com web site is an internet service published by I Need Pampering Ltd using the site the user automatically accepts our Terms and Conditions. We may change and republish the Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is up to the user to regularly review these Terms and Conditions and note any changes. Continued use of the site after a change has been made indicates the user's acceptance of those changes.

Before you place an order please read below, as it forms an important part of our terms and conditions. It also contains important information about your order.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
All prices shown on the website are in GBPSterling, are inclusive of VAT at 20%, where applicable, and may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change to the rate of VAT and do our best to ensure that prices are correctly shown. However, very occasionally, an error may occur. In this unlikely eventuality, we will attempt to contact you at the e-mail address you gave us when you placed your order. If we cannot contact you, or if we receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
All of the products featured on our website have been carefully selected for Online shopping. If an item sells out we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be made available again. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
All items are subject to availability.
Ineedpampering.com gift certificates are evidence of payment for a given experience. Except as specified herein the payment is non-refundable. Each voucher will show a certificate number which must be quoted when dealing with Ineedpampering.com and which will be used to identify your payment. Vouchers and the associated reference must be kept safely and securely. Ineedpampering.com will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud.
The certificate date of puchase will be detailed on your gift certificate, expiry will be between four and twelve months from date of purchase as detailed in the You Need to Know section on your certificate.
Ineedpampering.com can not be held responsible for lost or missplaced certificates.
The acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur on allocation of the goods to your order. The completion of the contract between you and us will occur when the order is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order- in accordance with our instructions.
Once you book a specific date with an operator you are bound by their terms and conditions regarding cancellations. Once a date is confirmed with an operator it is not possible to change this date unless the operator agrees to the change. Where a date cannot be altered by an operator it will not be possible to issue a refund. In the unlikely event that one of our operators needs to cancel the experience after you have booked a date, they will contact you. We strongly recommend however, that you contact the operator on the day before you depart for your experience. In the event of cancellation, Ineedpampering.com will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other costs incurred.

7. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
7.1 The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
All prices shown on the web site are inclusive of mainland UK postage costs. A charge of (£1.95) will be made to cover postage and packing on single unit orders sent to anywhere in the UK. Prices for multiple units are available by request.
At Ineedpampering.com we aim to process and deliver items in stock within 10 working days of order date to virtually anywhere in the UK and Channel Islands: to your home, place of work or any other address you wish to specify. All deliveries are made by Royal Mail and subject to their own delivery terms and conditions.
All orders placed up to 3pm Monday to Friday for Next day delivery will be dispatched that day, orders made after this time will be despatched the following working day. Orders Placed after 3pm Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following working day. Next Day delivery is a signed for service.
Mail order items can not be delivered Next Day, if an order for a next day item, eg, Hamper, Gift Box etc is placed your certificate will be sent out Next Day and the gift will follow standard delivery.
We have been advised from Royal Mail that the last postal dates for Items to be received in time for Christmas 2013 are:
Orders placed after 3.00pm or after 12pm on Christmas Eve will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Please note we can not guarantee this service and can not be held responsible for orders received after the dates advised. This is purely for information purposes as advised by the Post Office, please call the office direct with any queries on 0845 190 1895

Ineedpampering.com warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, provided the products supplied have not been subject to accident, alteration, negligence, abuse, or misuse. As the sole remedy under this warranty,Ineedpampering.com will, at its option, repair or replace non-conforming goods.
To the extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, Ineedpampering.com liability and that of its vendors of new goods shall not exceed the value of the goods sold. Neither Ineedpampering.com nor its vendors shall be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory. To the extent allowed by local law,Ineedpampering.com and its vendors disclaim any other warranty of any kind, whether express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
You have the right to return any goods or vouchers within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (Not including P&P if Next Day Delivery was requested)
All refunds made after 7 days and within 28 days of receipt will incur a £20 or 20% administration charge (whichever is greater). Once you or your recipient has redeemed your voucher and booked an experience with an operator you are bound by their Terms and Conditions. Please make yourself aware of these at the time of booking. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and the monies will be refunded directly to the credit card.
All refunds are processed at month-end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser's account.
To request a refund you MUST return your voucher to I Need Pampering, Customer Services, Unit 1.21 Waulk Mill, Bengal Street, Manchester, M4 6LN along with a covering letter detailing the reason for your refund request.
Proof of postage is not proof of receipt, Ineedpampering.com can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
