To claim a price match simply email  stating the name of the site, contact details, date and price of the gift experience. We will then verify the price with the website and providing the gift experience is identical we will refund you 100% of the difference.*

You are eligible for a price match refund if your request meets the following conditions: The INP price guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the identical gift experience in stock, immediately available and priced accurately. Price match requests must be submitted within 14 days from the time of purchase at ineedpampering.com. When requesting a price match, please be aware that price comparisons will include handling and delivery charges when calculating the total price. The INP price guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order. The INP price guarantee is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom.
