You can then unwind in the Spa facilities which include, Sauna, Sonerium and Relaxation areas and of course you will be provided with fluffy robes, towels and slippers Treat your taste buds with dining and refreshments in the celebrated ‘Smoak Bar and Grill’ & ‘Mal Bar’ where you will savour fresh and locally sourced and inspired dishes & drinks. To ensure that our guests are able to relax and enjoy the tranquil and peaceful environment, please refrain from using your mobile phone. It should be noted that we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to complete a consultation form and prepare for your treatment. Should you need to cancel a treatment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to forfeit your gift experience certificate. A 7 day cancellation policy is in place for group bookings of 5 people or more and for Spa Packages. This experience is available Monday – Sunday. Participants must be 16 years and over. This experience is suitable for men and women. This experience is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Double treatment rooms are available. Spectators are permitted for an additional cost of £5. Two weeks advanced booking is advised
