The perfect pamper day with pre/postnatal treatments. The day involves a range of luxury spa remedies to help new mummy’s feel extra yummy.

Give yourself a well deserved pre/post natal spa treatment, including: Full Body Exfoliation, Back Massage, ESPA Scalp Massage, Prescriptive Manicure or Pedicure, as well as Lunch, and a delicious box of handmade Mal chocolates

1 hour Full Body Exfoliation

Exfoliating the skin by removing dead skin cells, will reveal the soft and healthy looking skin underneath, and leave you feeling brand new.

30 minute Back Massage

The Back Massage will help to target areas prone to stress and tension during and after pregnancy. Gentle back exfoliation is followed by a soothing massage specifically designed to suit your individual concerns, focusing on areas to alleviate muscular aches, whilst helping to relax, restore and revitalise.

30 minute ESPA Scalp Massage

Scalp treatments boost energy levels and relieve symptoms of things such as anxiety and fatigue. The head massage uses specialist pressure point techniques, which are also excellent for insomnia, migraines and sinusitis.

30 minute Prescriptive Manicure OR Pedicure

The main infrastructure behind the Jessica System is its precision, which allows you to experienced a customised experience, suited to your own personal needs. The Manicure OR Pedicure, based on what you prefer, will have either your hand or feet feeling soft and supple, with lovely well-groomed nails to fit your style.

2 course Lunch and Mal chocolates

Treat yourself even further with dining and refreshments at the Hotels restaurant and bar, where you can enjoy the locally sourced dishes and drinks. In addition to your 2 course lunch, you'll receive luxury Mal chocolates.

To ensure that our guests are able to relax and enjoy the tranquil and peaceful environment, please refrain from using your mobile phone. It should be noted that we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to complete a consultation form and prepare for your treatment. Should you need to cancel a treatment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to forfeit your gift experience certificate. A 7 day cancellation policy is in place for group bookings of 5 people or more and for Spa Packages. This experience is available Monday – Sunday. Participants must be 16 years and over. This experience is suitable for men and women. This experience is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Double treatment rooms are available. Spectators are permitted for an additional cost of £5. Two weeks advanced booking is advised. This experience is for one person.
